- You must be at least 18 and use HybeCRM for business purposes.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, including by your team members.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, includes 5 AI follow-ups and needs no credit card. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan or stop using HybeCRM. We may change or end the trial offer for new sign-ups at any time.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed at the prices shown when you subscribe, or as agreed in your order. Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend your account after telling you.
Your data
You own the leads, contacts and other content you add to HybeCRM. You allow us to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for collecting your leads’ data lawfully and for having the consent you need to contact them.
Messaging rules
HybeCRM sends WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails and AI calls on your behalf. When you use these features you must:
- contact only people who enquired with you or agreed to hear from you;
- honour opt-out requests promptly and not contact those people again;
- follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies, TRAI’s commercial communication rules (including DLT registration for SMS and Do Not Disturb preferences), and other laws that apply to you;
- not send spam, misleading offers or unlawful content.
We may pause messaging or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts our sending channels at risk.
AI features
AI messages, calls and answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review your templates, sequences and hand-over rules, and check important information before relying on it. Messages sent from your account are sent in your name, and you are responsible for them.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer HybeCRM, or use it to build a competing product;
- try to get around security or usage limits, or access other customers’ data;
- upload malware or overload the service;
- use HybeCRM for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
HybeCRM connects to services such as Facebook, Google, WhatsApp and property portals. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services, and connections may change or stop if a provider changes its platform.
Our intellectual property
HybeCRM, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Any feedback you send may be used to improve HybeCRM without obligation to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep HybeCRM available and reliable, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period already paid for. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After an account ends, you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.
Disclaimers and liability
HybeCRM is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free or meet every need, and we do not guarantee any number of leads, replies or sales.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You will compensate us for claims arising from your content, your messages to your leads or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes in advance. If you keep using HybeCRM after they take effect, the new terms apply.
