Sources you can connect
| Type | Sources |
|---|---|
| Ads | Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn |

Leads can also be pushed in from other tools through the HybeCRM API.
Organised by project and location
Add each project once — for example Hybe Heights in Mumbai or Green Valley Villas in Bengaluru — with the fields that matter to you. Incoming leads are matched to their project, so your team always knows what the buyer enquired about.
Add your own lead fields and project fields, and rename stages and labels to match the way your business talks.
One searchable lead list
- Search by name, phone, email or project.
- Filter by open, won or lost; by pipe; by stage; by agent; or show only leads with alerts.
- Switch to “Mine” to see only your own leads.
- Every phone number is stored with its country code, with India (+91) as the default.
- Export to CSV whenever you need to.
What happens next
As soon as a lead arrives, routing rules decide whether it starts in the AI follow-up pipe or goes straight to an agent in the human follow-up pipe. Later, the dashboard shows which sources produce leads, wins and conversions.
